Coaching in person, by telephone or via Skype are all equally  effective. Geography is not a barrier.

Peer review is a foundational concept in higher education and research. Academic institutions, research organizations and funders routinely establish Expert Panels populated by top national and international experts to provide authoritative advice, progress reviews or formal evaluations of institutions, departments, strategies, programs and the like.

Experience dictates that the perfect peer candidates for expert panel membership are those with that perfect combination of expertise, knowledge, wisdom and experience. They are also the ones who are inevitably seriously over-committed elsewhere. As the quality of output from an expert panel is entirely dependent on the quality of the participants, there is significant value in taking steps to enable the participation of these highly-qualified but very busy experts.

Leveraging years of experience, a keen intellect, excellent judgement and unabashed curiosity, Kelly is skilled in the practice of enabling the timely production of written reports from these often intense, short-term engagements. Kelly works in full partnership with the panel chair/lead, and with the full panel of experts throughout their mandate, to produce a report that accurately and articulately reflects the views of the group while ensuring that each panel member can recognize themselves and their contributions in the final product.
